My role at UA included mentoring, encouraging goal-setting, elevating creative and art direction. I also continued to design and edit video, as well as talk strategy with the organization of which me and my team were a part. I also managed task assignments, our confluence content, and ran stand-ups.
The team and I were tasked to optimize a campaign’s creative midstream and this deck goes through the results we were able to deliver for GT’s Kombucha.
